At First Line Health & Wellness, care is simple, transparent, and one-on-one.
We are a cash-based practice, which allows us to spend more time with each patient, focus on your goals, and create a plan based on what you actually need — not what insurance allows.
There are no surprise bills. You will know the cost of care before treatment begins.
Initial Exam + Treatment : $199
Your first visit includes a thorough evaluation and treatment when appropriate.
This visit may include a health history, movement assessment, orthopedic testing, range of motion testing, hands-on assessment, and a treatment plan based on your goals.
Treatment may include chiropractic care, Active Release Techniques, rehab exercises, or performance-based movement depending on your specific needs.
Follow-Up Visit (30 mins) : $85
Follow-up visits are designed for patients actively working through pain, injury, mobility limitations, or performance goals.
These visits may include hands-on treatment, chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, mobility work, and progressions based on how you are responding to care.
Maintenance Visit (15 mins) : $65
Maintenance visits are shorter visits for established patients who are doing well and want to stay proactive with their care.
These visits are best for tune-ups, general mobility support, and staying ahead of recurring tightness or movement restrictions.
Maintenance Care Options
Maintenance care is available for established patients who have already completed an initial evaluation.
These options are designed for patients who want to stay consistent with care, maintain progress, support mobility, and reduce the chance of small issues becoming bigger setbacks.
