First Line Health is a self-pay, cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to provide longer appointments, personalized care, and treatment plans based on your needs—not insurance restrictions. Payment is due at the time of service.
By staying self-pay, we’re able to spend more time with each patient, offer hands-on treatment, and focus on outcomes instead of visit limits, authorizations, or rushed care. This model allows us to deliver higher-quality, more individualized chiropractic and rehabilitation services.
Yes. Most patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for services at First Line Health. We can also provide detailed receipts upon request that you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We commonly work with patients experiencing back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, work-related injuries, mobility restrictions, and performance limitations. Care is always individualized and movement-focused.
Services may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, corrective exercise, mobility training, and rehabilitation. Treatment plans are customized based on your exam findings, goals, and response to care.
No referral is required. You can book directly with our office and receive care without insurance authorization or delays.
No. Adjustments are only one tool. Care at First Line Health integrates hands-on therapy, rehab, and movement strategies to address the root cause of pain or dysfunction—not just symptoms.
